Our Four Nominations

Recruitment Team of the Year

As the UK's only specialist recruiter of school estate staff, we're proud to be shortlisted for Recruitment Team of the Year. This recognition reflects the success of our restructure project of ‘Fixing, Building, Thriving’, which strengthened collaboration across the business, empowered our teams and improved the way we support our clients.  Built around our core values of: 'People First, Always', 'Growth Through Learning' and 'Together We Go Further', it's a testament to what can be achieved when everyone works towards a shared goal.

Community Impact

Our Community Impact nomination recognises our commitment to giving back through hands-on volunteering. Working alongside our network of skilled school estate professionals, we've supported local hospices including Rainbows Hospice, St Andrew's Hospice and Zoe's Place by carrying out essential maintenance and refurbishment projects. By donating our time, skills and resources, we've helped these charities focus more of their funding on the vital care they provide while making a lasting difference to the communities they serve.

Impact on a Client's Business

Our nomination recognises how our specialist approach to recruiting school estate professionals has transformed the recruitment process for Astrea Academy Trust, one of the UK's largest multi-academy trusts. By introducing a dedicated recruitment model, we've reduced vacancy times, taken pressure off school leaders and helped ensure schools have the right people in place to keep their sites operating effectively.

Best Newcomer in Recruitment - Emma Foers

Emma circle
