Solving Recruitment Challenges

At the TIB Services stand, we spent the day discussing the specific pressures facing school leaders in the South West. We know that finding the "right fit" for a site team, and the burden of getting them in place, is a significant challenge.

Our conversations with delegates focused on how we can remove those hurdles, specifically:

  • Being 'school ready': We discussed how TIB candidates, who are already KCSIE vetted and trained before they step foot on site, are ready to make an immediate positive impact.
  • Flexible support: We explored how flexible staffing models can help schools adapt to fluctuating demands, ensuring cover is there when needed.
  • Covering the gaps: We provided guidance on managing staffing gaps and long-term absences without compromising site safety or compliance.
