  • Training and readiness: Our staff are trained in compliance, health & safety and safeguarding to keep themselves, school staff and students safe. This allows them to make an immediate positive impact from day one.
  • Priority Service benefits designed specifically for MATs: This includes fast-tracked enquiries, a dedicated point of contact,  free temp-to-perm transfers after 12 weeks (with 4 weeks’ notice) and discounts on cover for all schools.
