Meet the Team Behind our Expert Vetting and School Support

Introducing our Team Members
Courtney, our Candidate Relationship Team Leader, and her team are responsible for speaking to our candidates in the early stages of their application and supporting them with the different stages of the process. They gather the information to ensure our candidates are suitable for the role, are passionate about supporting schools and complete all KCSIE vetting to a high standard.
Kaitlin, our Operations Manager, and her team work closely with both candidates and schools to make sure we place the right individuals in the right roles. They ensure each candidate meets the needs of the school in terms of skillset, availability and proximity.
Preparing Candidates Before Schools Even Call
Before a school even contacts us, our candidates undergo a rigorous vetting process to ensure compliance with KCSIE regulations and to put children’s safeguarding at the heart of what we do. For every candidate, Courtney and her team gather:
- A verified 10-year work history
- At least two professional references, including the most recent employer
- Enhanced DBS checks, covering both adults’ and children’s barred lists
- Right to work checks and overseas criminal record checks (where applicable)
- Full ID verification

Flexibility is at the heart of what we do. For example, some schools need split-shift support. Rather than compromise, we often provide two candidates who cover different parts of the day, bringing a wider range of skills and experience.
We also go above and beyond when urgent support is needed. Typically, our team can source local, fully vetted candidates in less than 2 weeks.
