We provide both agency supply caretakers and permanent caretaker recruitment services. Our agency caretakers can cover when permanent staff are off sick, or when schools are recruiting. We are flexible to your needs, either part-time or full-time, typically for one week to six months in duration.

We request feedback from every assignment to monitor and maintain total client satisfaction.
Before booking one of our team you will be sent a TIB Profile detailing their background and skills. This will include information relating to their DBS, prior related work, skills, qualifications and employment.
Our friendly team will undertake most regular caretaking and site tasks including; managing and liaising with contractors, restocking and ordering soap and cleaning materials, managing weekend and evening lettings, supervising cleaning and site staff, handling deliveries, porterage, setting up meeting rooms.

Maintenance and Minor Repairs
All of our team are competent and confident home DIYers able to assist with every day maintenance and minor repairs. Some have qualified trades or advanced specialised skills. In specific areas we have trades and skilled maintenance operatives.
Regulatory Health & Safety Checks
All of our team complete our suite of H&S training and can undertake statutory checks eg fire alarm, emergency lighting and legionella tests. In some areas we have people with more advanced fire safety training including firefighters.
Site Security
Many of our mature and responsible team have in depth security training from the other careers making them well placed to manage the security and safety of your site.
Grounds and Garden Maintenance
We can provide assistance with outdoor maintenance, tidying, sweeping, weeding, perimeter walks, snow clearance and in specific areas we have gardeners able to assist with flowers and planting.
