Tim Matthews’ career has been defined by diverse experiences, starting in the military and moving into the electrical industry for 15 years.
He then transitioned into construction, where he spent 18 years honing his skills. However, Tim was ready for a new challenge.
Setting the stage in school caretaking
Tim came across an advertisement from TIB Services for school caretaker roles. Intrigued by the opportunity, he applied, setting the stage for a fulfilling new chapter.

Tim finds immense satisfaction in his role. “The thing I find most rewarding whilst working within a school environment is that I’m appreciated within the role,” he notes. His contributions are not only recognised but valued, making his work both impactful and gratifying.
