Site Manager – Secondary School (Temporary, Warwickshire)

Make a real impact in your community as a Site Manager in the Warwickshire area. This hands-on, campus-wide role is ideal if you enjoy varied, practical work and using your IT skills daily. You’ll be responsible for keeping areas clear and tidy, overseeing site security, logging maintenance tasks, and regularly uploading documentation and proof of completed work. Hours are 30 per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility (e.g., 9am–3pm).

Pay: £13.45–£14.80 per hour (£15.07–£16.59 including rolled up holiday pay), paid monthly.

Your Responsibilities

• Keeping all school areas clear and tidy, inside and out
• Regular site checks and reporting maintenance issues
• Overseeing site security, including locking and unlocking buildings
• Uploading documentation and proof of completed work each week using IT systems
• Meeting health and safety and safeguarding standards at all times
• Supporting the smooth running of the school site
