Site Manager – Temporary Role (25 hours/week) – Birmingham

Join us as a Site Manager supporting a group of secondary schools based in the Birmingham area. This is a flexible, hands-on opportunity where you will provide estates and facilities support across approximately 10 schools, helping to address compliance needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll visit schools that require additional help—monitoring and managing compliance tasks via the Every system, coordinating contractors, and supporting general site requirements to keep school environments safe and effective for students and staff.

Your Responsibilities

  • Visiting various schools to provide ad-hoc compliance and facilities support
  • Using the Every system to monitor and manage compliance tasks
  • Coordinating contractors and external work when required
  • Supporting schools with general estates and facilities needs, including keeping areas clear and tidy
  • Helping schools meet ongoing compliance, health & safety, and safeguarding requirements

What we're looking for

  • Reliable, professional and proactive approach
  • Practical DIY skills and ability to coordinate tasks across multiple sites
  • Understanding of the importance of safeguarding, compliance, and health & safety in a school environment
  • Confidence using digital systems for compliance tracking (training provided if needed)
  • Flexibility to travel between schools in the Birmingham area
