Site Manager – Primary School (Birmingham Area)

About the Role

This temporary Site Manager position offers a key opportunity to help keep a busy school running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for the general safety of the site, opening and closing the premises, restocking supplies such as soap and toilet rolls, and supporting compliance monitoring and recording using Worknest (full training can be provided).

Your Responsibilities

  • Opening and securing the school building daily
  • Monitoring the general safety of the site
  • Restocking essential supplies in washrooms and common areas
  • Supporting compliance checks and record-keeping (Worknest training provided)
  • Keeping areas clear and tidy throughout your shift

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, professional and proactive approach to work
  • Good DIY skills and ability to solve practical problems on site
  • Understanding of the importance of safeguarding children in schools
  • Awareness of compliance and health & safety standards
  • Clear, helpful communication skills
