Caretaker – Secondary School (Temporary) – Warwickshire

We are looking for a reliable, proactive caretaker to join a secondary school based in the Warwickshire area. This temporary opportunity involves a range of day-to-day site tasks, including general caretaking, maintenance, compliance checks, and supporting health & safety across the school. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, either 7:30am-2:30pm or 8:00am-4:00pm, with some flexibility for the right candidate. Your work will help keep learning spaces safe, secure, and welcoming for staff and students.

Pay: £13.45 per hour (£15.07 per hour including rolled up holiday pay). Monthly payment.

Your Responsibilities

Keeping areas clear and tidy throughout the site
Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
Conducting compliance checks and maintaining records
Supporting all aspects of site health & safety
Opening and securing the school site as required
Responding to requests from school staff promptly and efficiently
