About the Role
TIB Services is seeking a proactive and reliable Caretaker to support a primary school based in the Shropshire area. This is a temporary role with part-day hours (to be confirmed), suitable for individuals looking for flexible and rewarding work. You'll play a key part in the smooth running of the school, ensuring a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors.

Your Responsibilities
- General caretaking duties across the school site
- Basic maintenance and carrying out minor repairs
- Site security, including opening and closing the premises
- Health & safety and compliance checks
- Porterage and manual handling tasks
- Grounds and site upkeep
- Responding to day-to-day site requests and supporting school staff

- Reliable, professional, and proactive approach
- DIY and basic maintenance skills
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and the importance of compliance
- A focus on health & safety in every task
- Friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to work as part of a supportive team
