Caretaker (Temporary) – Primary School, Northumberland

We are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to support a friendly primary school based in the Northumberland area. This role involves helping to keep school areas clear and tidy, opening and locking up the site, and clearing away lunch tables. Working hours are flexible, with a definite need for support at 1pm to clear tables and again at 6pm for locking up. Morning support to open up is ideal but not essential. Job sharing can be considered.

Pay: £13.45–£14.80 per hour (£15.07–£16.59 including rolled up holiday pay), paid monthly.

Your Responsibilities

Opening and locking up the school site
Clearing lunch tables and keeping areas clear and tidy
General caretaking duties as needed around the school
Supporting the smooth daily running of the school site
