Caretaker – Secondary School (Temporary) – Lincolnshire

Join a friendly site team in a secondary school based in the Lincolnshire area. As a Caretaker, you’ll work alongside an experienced Site Manager and another Caretaker, supporting the smooth running of the school. Your day-to-day will include a range of general caretaker duties, maintenance tasks, and practical DIY jobs to help keep areas clear and tidy, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff. This is a vital role in supporting your local community.

Salary: £13.45-£14.80 per hour (£15.07-£16.59 including rolled up holiday pay), paid monthly
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pm

Your Responsibilities

Supporting the Site Manager and team with day-to-day upkeep of the buildings and grounds
Carrying out DIY, maintenance, and basic repairs
Setting up rooms and equipment as needed
Ensuring areas are kept clear and tidy for students, staff, and visitors
Monitoring site security and reporting issues promptly
