We are looking for a reliable and proactive caretaker to support two specialist school sites in the Derbyshire area. This role is based at schools within the Respect Collaboration Trust, including Special Schools and a Pupil Referral Unit, with flexible work across both locations. You will help keep areas clear and tidy, oversee site security, carry out minor repairs, monitor contractors, and ensure statutory testing and record keeping are up to date. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 10.30am, then 2.00pm to 6.00pm, supporting the day-to-day running of the premises and other Site Managers as needed.

Your Responsibilities
- Carrying out site management across two school locations
- Keeping areas clear and tidy
- Undertaking minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Conducting regular site inspections and statutory testing
- Monitoring contractors working onsite
- Supporting site security and porterage tasks
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing flexible support to other Site Managers
