Caretaker – Primary School (Temporary, Mornings) – Birmingham

Join a friendly primary school based in the Birmingham area as a morning caretaker. You'll play a vital part in opening the site, carrying out daily compliance checks, handling general maintenance and DIY tasks, assisting with porterage, and keeping all areas clear and tidy for staff and pupils. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and values making a difference in their local community.

Salary: £13.45–£14.80 per hour (£15.07–£16.59 including rolled up holiday pay), paid monthly.

Your Responsibilities

Opening and securing the school site each day
Carrying out compliance and safety checks as required
Completing DIY and general maintenance tasks
Assisting with porterage around the school
Keeping all areas clear and tidy
