What it Means To be awarded REC Audited Education

The REC Audited Education status verifies that TIB Services Ltd’s policies and procedures are in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, the REC Code of Professional Practice and safeguarding practices in relation to children.

For TIB, this means our recruitment processes and procedures have been independently assessed against recognised standards, providing reassurance that we operate with professionalism, compliance and safeguarding at the forefront.

The REC drives standards and empowers recruitment businesses to build better futures for their candidates and themselves. As champions of an industry that is fundamental to the strength of the UK economy, the REC helps promote high standards across the recruitment sector.

For educational establishments, this provides an additional level of confidence when choosing a recruitment partner. It demonstrates that our commitment to excellence extends beyond the candidates we provide and into the processes behind our recruitment.

TIB has also been shortlisted for four REC Awards

We’re delighted to share that TIB Services has also been shortlisted for 4 REC Awards. As the recruitment sector’s leading award programmes, the REC Awards celebrate outstanding achievements across the industry. To have our team recognised across four categories is a fantastic achievement and something we’re incredibly proud of.

We have been nominated in:

  • Recruitment Team of the Year: This recognition reflects the success of our restructure project of ‘Fixing, Building, Thriving’, which strengthened collaboration across the business, empowered our teams and improved the way we support our clients.
  • Community Impact: This nomination recognises our commitment to giving back through hands-on volunteering. Working alongside our network of skilled school estate professionals, we've supported local hospices.
  • Impact on a Client's Business: Our nomination recognises how our specialist approach to recruiting school estate professionals has transformed the recruitment process for Astrea Academy Trust, one of the UK's largest multi-academy trusts.
  • Best Newcomer in Recruitment (Emma Foers): This is to acknowledge the individual success of Emma, one of our Regional Resourcing Consultants', who has been shortlisted for this award. Through her genuine commitment to supporting professionals, building lasting relationships, and taking the time to understand each schools goals, she's helped many schools find the right candidates.
