## A Warm Welcome from the Specialist Sector

The event brought together a brilliant mix of school leaders and business professionals who are passionate about delivering the best for pupils in specialist settings. For us, it was a valuable opportunity to connect not only with new schools, but also with many of our existing customers and we were genuinely touched by the [positive feedback](https://tibservices.co.uk/employer-resource-hub/tag/case-study) we received.

From conversations throughout the day, it’s clear that our commitment to providing skilled, reliable caretakers who understand the unique needs of special education environments is making a real impact.
