This year’s theme "Steady Hands, Bold Futures: Collaboration, Community and the Challenge of Inequality" resonated deeply with our team. We believe that for school leaders to maintain a "bold vision" for their pupils, they need the "steady hands" of a reliable operational foundation.
Throughout the day, we spoke with many delegates about how a safe, well-maintained environment is not just a backdrop, but a vital component in tackling inequality and delivering the best possible outcomes for students.
