DBS Checked Maintenance and Decorating Services for Care Homes

Our skilled and trusted maintenance team provide a range of temporary, part time and contract maintenance services for residential care providers all across the UK when your staff are absent for any reason or if you are recruiting.

We have general multi-skill maintenance workers as well as decorators, plumbers, carpenters and other trades. All of our maintenance team have qualified trades or prior commercial maintenance experience. We also have caretakers/janitors suited to basic everyday upkeep and support.

Our flexible team will assist with all aspects of your building including running and recording health and safety checks, water testing, alarm testing, emergency lighting checks etc as well as maintenance and repairs.

All of our team undertake CPD approved refresher courses covering manual handling, working at height, safe use of ladders, asbestos awareness, legionella awareness, COSHH and fire warden training as well as their safeguarding training.

In addition to supplying trusted temp and contract workers we can also provide fixed price quotes for ad hoc maintenance and decorating works. Please email enquiries for ad hoc works to [email protected].

We can also provide a recruitment service identifying trusted people from the Emergency Services and Military who are well suited to provide employed maintenance services.

Each of our team has undergone rigorous vetting in line with our safer recruitment strategy. This includes an interview (usually by video or phone), an Enhanced DBS (with both Children’s and Adults Barred List Checks), work references and right to work. All of these checks are held on file.

Before booking one of our team you will be sent a TIB Profile detailing their background and skills. This will include information relating to their DBS, prior maintenance/facilities/H&S work, skills, qualifications and employment.
