For our candidates, the Candidate Experience of the Year commendation isn’t just an award, it’s confirmation that they’ve joined a recruitment agency that truly values them. Underpinned by a survey and direct feedback from the people who matter most, this recognition reflects the voice of our network. Over 230 candidates contributed feedback, with more than 90% describing their experience with TIB Services as positive. Candidates highlighted our clear communication, supportive approach, and honest, straightforward recruitment process, while over 85% said they would recommend us to others, and more than 95% accepted a job offer when presented.
We were also Highly Commended for Specialist Recruitment Agency of the Year as a celebration of our expertise in education recruitment, our commitment to safeguarding, and our ability to consistently deliver high-quality results.
The British Recruitment Awards, powered by New Possible, is an annual celebration of the individuals and teams who are passionate about recruitment’s role in building thriving organisations. This year, over 340 entries were received from across the UK, ranging from start-ups to public sector leaders, tech innovators, and global businesses. Winners and Highly Commended were revealed at a special celebration evening in London’s Covent Garden, hosted by comedian Lucy Porter.
The awards were judged by high-profile leaders in talent and recruitment, including representatives from HelloFresh, Western Union, Grant Thornton, Anglo American, Capgemini, Sainsbury’s, Harrods, Cancer Research UK, and DHL Supply Chain, among others.
